Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the Active Directory domain, maintaining data security and compliance.
  • Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving potential threats or vulnerabilities proactively.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, keeping systems up-to-date.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a solid foundation is essential.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP); these demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
  • Has experience in the IT industry, ideally within a corporate environment; experience helps in understanding of real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrates 1-2 years of relevant work experience, providing a practical understanding of IT operations.
