Required Junior IT Support for Abu Dhabi Operation
Job Description:
• Capturing and restoring data using defined procedures
• Imaging systems according to defined procedures
• Installing applications, as needed
• Migrate user data from the legacy system to the new system
• Unloading and organizing inventory received
• Conduct quality assurance measures to ensure accurate work
• Providing excellent customer service to all employees
• Report any issues that delay the process immediately
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
Job Responsibilities :
• At least 2 years of experience supporting end users in a manufacturing environment
• Must be extremely organized and capable of good time management
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff within the organization as well as external partners or vendors
• Ability to respond effectively and quickly to internal and external needs
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products
