Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate tasks across content, design, social media, and clinics

  • Manage printables end to end (business cards, flyers, posters, rollups)
  • Handle supplier communication, orders, deliveries, and inventory
  • Support PR: send press releases, maintain media lists
  • Assist with small partnerships, outreach, and event logistics
  • Help organise content shoots and collect clinic materials
  • Track basic KPIs and campaign results

Desired Candidate Profile

0 2 years in marketing/admin/coordination (internships welcome)

  • Strong organisation and follow up skills
  • Comfortable working with suppliers and clinic teams
  • Good English communication
  • Basic understanding of marketing workflows
  • Bonus: design literacy, Google Sheets/Trello/Canva, PR writing, UAE market familiarity
