Junior Procurement Analyst Pinar Arabia

Junior Procurement Analyst plays a key supporting role in purchase order processing, delivery tracking, supplier coordination, and procurement data analysis, ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

• Prepare and process purchase orders in SAP with accurate pricing and specifications.

• Track PO status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with Production Planning on material requirements and priority orders.

Supplier Coordination

• Contribute to supplier onboarding by collecting required documents and certificates.

• Communicate shipment schedules, documentation needs, and clarifications.

• Monitor supplier delivery accuracy, quality concerns, and lead-time performance.

• Prepare supplier performance summaries for internal reviews and meetings.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze procurement data such as price trends, delivery performance, and cost variances.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc procurement reports.

• Maintain procurement trackers, supplier lists, and price files.

SAP & Systems Support

• Create purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and basic material master updates.

• Partner with IT on troubleshooting of procurement-related SAP issues.

• Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and without delays.

Finance & Invoice Coordination

• Coordinate with Finance to ensure invoices are matched and posted.

• Track outstanding invoices, follow up on payments for critical shipments.

• Compare PO prices with budgets and approved price lists.

• Maintain supplier account statements and flag discrepancies.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with documentation of procedures, workflow updates, and contract files.

• Follow HSE rules during any warehouse or factory coordination.
