Junior QC Assistant

The Junior QC Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality standards of our product line. This entry-level position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance. As a Junior QC Assistant, you will assist more senior specialists in conducting tests and inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with organization standards. You will be instrumental in supporting the quality control processes by collecting data and reporting on product quality issues. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Support senior quality control staff with routine inspections and audits.
• Conduct tests on products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Document and communicate test results, findings, and recommendations effectively.
• Collect and manage samples for quality assurance testing purposes.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in results.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Identify and report on any non-conformities seen during inspections.
• Work closely with production teams to address product quality issues.
• Help prepare and maintain quality records and reports for review.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment conducive to quality control.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the workspace.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality assurance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of quality control testing procedures and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and report on quality control activities.
• Proficiency with basic computer software, including MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality assurance techniques.
