Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will support and actively contribute to the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. You will work closely with senior sales colleagues and technical teams to provide tailored lifting and hoisting solutions to our clients in the UAE market.

This role offers strong growth potential within a dynamic and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new potential clients within the UAE

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

  • Conduct client meetings and site visits

  • Support negotiations and contract discussions

  • Monitor market developments within the lifting and crane industry

  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the UAE

Proven familiarity with the lifting and hoisting industry (experience with cranes is a strong advantage)

Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Results-driven, proactive, and professional attitude

Ability to build long-term client relationships

Valid UAE driving license is a plus
