Junior Social Media Manager MENA

We are seeking an ambitious and curious Jr. Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and promoting the NIP brand in the MENA region through social media strategies that elevate our brand, engage our community, and amplify our esports initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to develop compelling content with regional resonance and global reach, initiate grassroots marketing initiatives to grow our community in the region, and contribute to the overall growth of local fandom.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media and community strategies for the Ninjas in Pyjamas brand in the MENA region.
• Establish the social media presence of the NIP brand in the region.
• Identify the right channels, create and manage profiles with high growth and engagement potential.
• Craft compelling, on-brand copy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
• Plan and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting of content
• Localize global content for NIP fans in the MENA region, going beyond translation and delivering carefully adapted versions of content to drive genuine excitement.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of our strategies.
• Collaborate with design and video production teams to create visually appealing and shareable content.
• Proactively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the community in a timely and engaging manner.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
