Missions
Record and track tickets in the ticketing system.
Ensure the processing and follow-up of customer requests until resolution.
Collaborating with technical and sales teams for the efficient processing of tickets.
Prepare regular reports on the status of tickets and adherence to deadlines.
Participate in improving ticketing procedures and processes.
Profile
Sense of organization, rigor and team spirit.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
