Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs tailored to various skill levels, ensuring that each student achieves their personal goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments of students' progress and adapt training techniques based on individual performance and feedback.
  • Foster a positive training environment that encourages discipline, respect, and camaraderie among students.
  • Organize and lead competitions, both local and national, to give students practical experience and exposure to high-level karate.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A black belt in karate with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience to ensure a strong foundation in the art.
  • Certification from a recognized martial arts organization, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in coaching competitive teams, showcasing the ability to prepare students for high-pressure environments.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to a diverse student base.
