The position reports directly to the Sales Manager and he/she will be based in the following areas:
Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam & the main remote areas (Abha, Qassim, Makkah, Madina & Ahsa).
Candidate will be responsible to present the information and promote our Portfolio to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient Identification numbers are met. To drive patient s identification and reimbursement and sustain the patients on treatment, providing support to medical and paramedical communities on the optimum use of the product.
Responsibilities & KPIs:
• Educate targeted healthcare providers on the benefits of Sanofi Genzyme new therapies within your assigned territory
• Develop and communicate deep scientific understanding of Sanofi Genzyme s products and the competitive products within the marketplace of the targeted specialties and disease areas.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders within the targeted specialty community
• Ensure sales objective and patient identification objectives are duly met.
• To execute and to ensure the launch excellence of the new products and to keep the focus on the strategic directions of the Sanofi Genzyme especially the availability, enlisting and formulary inclusions in the key and targeted accounts.
• Assure that Sanofi Genzyme s products are used in the most effective and efficacious manner
• Provide support for evidence-based treatment protocols and pathways
• Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and objectives in line with company strategy
• Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with the line manager and in compliance with Sanofi Genzyme s internal sales systems and procedures
• Maintain and update product and competition knowledge.
• Use sales techniques and operational tools in order to achieve sales objectives
• Develop weekly activity report and submit it to line manager
• Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers in order to increase sales
• Liaise with key opinion leaders, get market feedback and report any relevant information to line manager in line with company procedures and best practice.
• Constantly seek to improve selling skills and knowledge in order to increase sales
• Deliver and promote Sanofi Genzyme values and competencies
• Ability to travel at least 50% of his/her time to cover the remote areas within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Geographically mobile within KSA based on business needs and changes.
• For Saudi Nationality only.
• Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum of 2 Years experience within the Saudi Market in the following therapeutic areas: Immunology, Pulmonology, Hematology and / or Oncology (Preferred Rare Blood Disorders), Neurology (Preferred Multiple Sclerosis).
• New launches experience is preferable.
• Proven success track record.
• Have a valid driving license and valid Saudi Health Specialties Card.
