Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time role for a Key Account Executive located on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing and implementing strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties include regular client meetings, preparing and presenting reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality waste management solutions. The role requires regular reporting on account performance and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, proactively managing communication and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of each account, driving value and satisfaction.
- Analyze account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges, implementing strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and align on future goals.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to summarize account health, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the key account management team.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Experience in waste management, cleaning
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 5 years of Waste management experience in account management or sales within the relevant industry showcases proven expertise.
- Professional certifications like Certified Key Account Manager (CKAM) or similar add significant value to the candidate profile.
- Preference for candidates with experience in B2B environments, especially in sectors like technology or healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously demonstrates strong organizational skills.
