Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the management, development and retention of strategic accounts (hospitals, specialized clinics, imaging centers) for the range of medical imaging equipment from Philips Healthcare (MRI, scanners, catheterization systems, etc.).
  • Achieve the set commercial objectives, while guaranteeing a high level customer relationship and optimal coordination between internal functions (technical, after-sales service).
  • Define, deploy and manage a strategic plan for each major account, including revenue growth, portfolio penetration and market share increase.
  • to be the single point of contact for assigned strategic clients: hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle: identifying opportunities, commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, closing.
  • Ensure internal coordination between: technical, tender desk (pre-sales, installation), after-sales service and local partners.
  • Monitor, anticipate and develop the installed base: proposals for upgrades, associated services, maintenance contracts.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs): revenue, margin, number of deals closed, penetration rate, customer satisfaction
  • To monitor competition, analyze market trends in medical imaging, and propose commercial actions and differentiating offers.
  • Regular reporting to management: forecasts, pipeline, achievements, corrective actions.
  • Achieve or exceed the sales targets set for the imaging range (IR + Scanner, catheterization).
  • Increase the market share of Philips equipment in the assigned segment.
  • To ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty from key accounts.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of new projects and opportunities for equipment or modernization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years in the position or similar position
  • Higher education (ideally Bac + 5) in business, marketing, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
  • Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite /CRM_x000D_
  • Languages : Arabic / French / English (required)
