About the Role:
To support the Regional Manager MEIA in defining the sales strategies (targets, programs, commercial initiative and promotional policies) for the assigned clients and to define and implement the Below The Line communication and POS activities.

Main Responsibilities:
• Account Management:
• Manage negotiations with the assigned customers and assist the Regional Manager if required for the other operators
• Control and ensure Ferrero guidelines are implemented at point of sales
• Identify growth potential and risks in the business and suggest solutions or contingency plans
• Analyze competitor s activities in terms of activations, promotions and market visibility
• Manage trade spends for the assigned customers
• Check and approve the promo claims for the MEIA region
• Ensure order is received from the customers in a timely manner and challenge the same if required
• Manage a Team of 13 Brand Ambassadors (Dubai Duty Free, Qatar Duty Free, DFS Abu Dhabi)
• Coordinate with colleagues from various departments to ensure the deliverables are met
• Sales Forecast budget & reporting:
• Monthly update of the sellout master file for MEIA region
• Monitor sales achievement per customer and brand levels
• Perform sales analysis for brand/customer performance and provide solutions
• Present key account and business reviews both internally and externally
• Plan and help the Regional Manager with MEIA yearly budget
• Ensure the forecast per customer per SKU is updated all times
• Analyze and comment the sales report for top customers with suggestions/improvements
Who we are looking for:
Experience required: 4-7 years
Market knowledge: Duty Free & Travel Retail experience preferable.
Local market for main Middle East countries a Plus.
Language skills: English
