Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every child is actively involved.
- Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and collaboration among students.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster social and emotional development by guiding children through conflict resolution and cooperative play.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in child development theories.
- A teaching license or certification relevant to early childhood education, showcasing commitment to professional standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting, highlighting practical teaching skills.
- Preferred nationality is open, but a familiarity with multicultural education practices is a plus.
