As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you will ensure that all kitchen and laundry equipment is maintained to the highest standards, enabling our Culinary and Housekeeping teams to deliver flawless service every day.

What will I be doing?

As Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you will:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair dishwashers, ovens, ranges, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and related systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Ensure proper calibration and safe operation of gas and electrical appliances.
• Support installation and commissioning of new kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory, requesting replacements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Engineering department.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and gas systems related to kitchen and laundry operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent breakdowns.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
