Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical drawings of kitchen equipment layouts, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using CAD software, considering spatial constraints and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen designers, engineers, and project managers to refine designs and address technical challenges.
- Prepare bills of materials (BOMs) and specifications for equipment procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Holds certifications in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in kitchen equipment drafting or a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of kitchen equipment functionality, including cooking, refrigeration, and warewashing systems.
