Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing of all kitchen refrigeration equipment, including cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and blast chillers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in refrigeration systems, compressors, and related electrical components.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams for identifying and resolving electrical issues.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for kitchen and laundry equipment when required.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and technical staff to address recurring equipment problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certification in Industrial Diplomo.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in refrigeration system maintenance and servicing.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and different types of compressors.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and electrical issues using wiring diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Practical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
