Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design KNX-based systems including: Lighting Control (DALI, DMX, KNX dimming & switching), Home Automation (Villas & Apartments), Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), HVAC & FCU control integration, Shading & Curtain Control, Scene Control, Touch Panels & Keypads, Intercom and AV Integration

  • Prepare complete design deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with Authority Requirements

  • Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and system cost estimates.

  • Coordinate with architects, lighting designers, MEP consultants, and site teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering, Diploma in Electricals, ITI

  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in KNX-based systems

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of: KNX, DALI integration, GRMS logic & hotel standards, Integration compatibility with 3rd party systems.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel & MS Office

  • KNX Partner / Advanced / Tutor Certification

  • Knowledge of BMS integration

  • BIM / Revit experience (advantage)
