Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on Krones machines (e.g., fillers, labelers, blow molders, packers, conveyors).
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
  • Conduct machine adjustments, alignments, lubrication, and part replacements.
  • Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new Krones equipment.
  • Configure and calibrate machine components and sensors.
  • Support line changeovers and format adjustments
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and Krones documentation.
  • Collaborate with operators, engineers, and OEM technicians to resolve complex issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., OEE, TPM, Lean).
  • Track and analyze machine performance data.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to GMPs

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance
  • Hands-on experience working with Krones machinery or comparable high-speed packaging equipment
  • Experience in beverage bottling, food packaging, or automated manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs (Siemens preferred), motors, drives, and sensors
  • Good understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo systems.
