• Understand the business objectives and requirements of the assigned BU(s)/Function(s) and develop and agree annual HR Business Plans with appropriate business leaders. Deliver against these plans.
•Support and coaching of line managers for successful implementation of performance drivers and performance enablers
•Provide agreed levels of HR service to the organization, e.g. recruitment, development, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, change management plans, talent management.
•Work with European Strategic HR Business Partner to develop local HR initiatives that support pan-European strategies and policies
•Work with Country HR Director/Manager, and Line Managers to lead and manage changes in business operations and the corporate culture
•Prepare company payroll monthly, in a timely and flawless manner. Insuring accuracy of records by maintaining database with updates in status changes, benefits additions, withholdings, benefits deductions, time off accruals, etc
•Exchange good practices and HR/business experience with HR teams locally and across Europe
•In charge of following new employees entrance in the Company informing them about Canon values, culture and philosophy. Letting them be aware of processes, procedure and the Code of Conduct. This activity is done through orientation/induction Programs.
•Work closely with finance team on collating and submitting recruitment/ headcount reports to the head office on a monthly basis.
•Analysis of PDP requirements assessing most appropriate avenue for meeting the development needs
•Collate Learning & Development (L&D) needs agreed on the individual s Personal Development Plan (PDP)
•Support line managers in the implementation of core models. Work with BU/Functional heads to develop manpower plans for the short, medium and long-term perspectives.

•Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level) - desirable.
•Strong knowledge about Saudi Labor Law- essential.
•Strong knowledge of payroll administration - essential.
•Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience as an HR generalist at senior level very desirable
•Human Resources or related well recognized University degree desirable
•Master degree in HR or related field is a plus - desirable
•Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic - essential.
•High level of written and spoken communications essential.
•Professional appearance, attitude and communication style essential.
•Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint - essential.
•Knowledge and experience of ERP systems (for example, SAP, Oracle) essential

•Set BU/function HR budget in consultation with HR Director and BU/Functional head
