Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher / Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn, develop professional skills, and contribute to organizational goals under guidance and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand company processes, tools, and standards

  • Assist senior team members in daily operational or project-related tasks

  • Perform assigned duties accurately and within defined timelines

  • Prepare basic reports, documentation, or presentations as required

  • Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
