Laboratory technician

The Laboratory technician (operator) responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Perform laboratory tests and operations authorized profiles and specific standards specified in manufactured products ;

- Instructions apply operational and technical documentation for the tests they performed (operating instructions , standard method ) ; now and comply with the instructions for use and handling of chemical reagents ;

- Execute with accuracy and precision laboratory samples;

- Keep track of work performed;

- Use equipment and tools of technical conditions laid down , knowing and following the instructions for their use ;

- Participate in the introduction of new analysis methods ;

- Identify non-conformities and non-compliant products and has rechecked after removal products nonconformity ;

- Perform assigned duties within the time specified ;

- Report persons entitled anomalies occurring in the operation of equipment supplied ;

- Uses only equipment that metrological valid ;

- Disclose information service ;

- Responsible for marking and identification products analyzed and maintaining identification ;

- Responsible for providing daily inspection activity identification, handling and storage of the test material ;

- Responsible for the generation and supply of records for archiving ;

- Participate in briefings and internal training ;

- Apply and comply with the SIM documents ;

- Responsible for knowing and complying with the SIM and documents according to EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001, ISO / IEC 17025 and applicable product standards ;

- Direct hierarchical superior informs the nonconformity appeared in his field by proposing measures to improve / eliminate them ;

- Provides relationships in his field when requested specific hierarchical levels above the limit position;

- Responsible for knowledge , respect and application of health and safety law and implementing rules , regulations PSI , ROI and CCM ;

- These tasks have not exhaustive , they can be completed and adapted as new situations with specific tasks to work on the company;
