Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers by providing tools and materials on site, ensuring they have what they need to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, reducing hazards and improving workflow for the entire team.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment, helping to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
- Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring safe handling and compliance with safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge and commitment to education.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, especially in construction, manufacturing, or warehousing environments.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling is essential for ensuring a safe working environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods, reflecting the physical demands of the role.
