Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring that all items are handled carefully to prevent damage or injury.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, reporting any issues to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to execute tasks efficiently, communicating any challenges or needs for support promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, ensuring foundational knowledge for the role.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a labor-intensive environment, demonstrating hands-on capabilities and familiarity with industry standards.
- Certification in safety training (e.g., OSHA) preferred, highlighting commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehousing sectors, showcasing versatility across different labor roles.
