Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols for each task.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools, including drills, saws, and grinders, with proficiency and a focus on safe operation practices.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and masons, by preparing materials and providing support to facilitate their work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the clearing of debris and the proper disposal of waste materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
