Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and upkeep, including routine checks and reporting any maintenance needs promptly to the designated authority.
- Navigate Dubai's roads efficiently, utilizing GPS and traffic updates to select the optimal routes and avoid delays.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations, demonstrating a commitment to safety and responsible driving practices at all times.
- Assist clients with luggage and other personal belongings, providing courteous and helpful support as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, upholding the highest standards of customer service and discretion.
- Handle cash or card transactions accurately, providing receipts and maintaining financial records when required.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the client's needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Ensure vehicle security, taking precautions to protect the vehicle and its contents from theft or damage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record, demonstrating a commitment to road safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational level of education and literacy.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in Dubai, showcasing familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive interactions with clients.
- Exhibits a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability, ensuring timely and dependable service.
- Displays a professional and well-groomed appearance, reflecting a commitment to representing the client/company with poise.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred), enabling effective communication with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and other relevant technologies, ensuring efficient route planning.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of Dubai's roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations, ensuring safe and informed navigation.
- Demonstrates physical fitness and stamina, capable of handling the demands of driving and assisting clients with luggage.
