Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and timely transport of passengers to their destinations while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Maintain the vehicle in top condition by performing regular checks, reporting issues, and coordinating with maintenance services when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs, offering a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a pleasant ride experience.
  • Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in transportation or hospitality is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • Certification in defensive driving or first aid is highly desirable to ensure passenger safety.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
