LAN Trade Marketing Manager
Job Description
Main Purpose
To implement brand strategies and brand plans based on country specific. Keeping track of A&CP & GTN budgets under control and in line with P&L Forecasts. Influencing sales team into adapting promotions/activities to market insight using data analysis as support. Managing relation with 3rd party suppliers for POSM and personnel procurement.
What you will do
• Development of in-store support for promo activities and customer events including post and pre-evaluations
• Analyse customer trends and participate in annual customer plans including promotions, activities and investment and follow-up on performance while suggesting adjustment where needed. Owning the implementation instore of the plans
• Analyse channel trends co-recommend with sales team channel strategy in alignment with brand strategy to clearly identify the channel role and must-stock-list to each Channel and Sub-Channel
• Tracking DPSM performance per market, suggesting and recommending improvement to the sales team including competition activities
• Owner of Instore A&CP activation budget and Instore rentals budget / Category Management implementation and discussion with Customer/retailer
• Participate with Marketing team to develop annual brand plan for the country by translating the BOP into actionable points relevant to each market/country - keeping close update with marketing team on brand strategies and initiatives
• In-depth analysis of Nielsen data and retailer sellouts, identifying trends and market insight developing proposals to address those trends and follow them through

Must Have
• BA in management or Marketing
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic Spoken/Written
• 5-7 years in FMCG business with minimum 3-5 years in Trade Marketing experience
• Previous experience with working through distributors and working across multiple countries is a plus
• Recent knowledge of the markets (Lebanon; Iraq and/or Morocco and/or Jordan)
