Land Surveyor Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Utilize survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other equipment to capture accurate field data.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, and maps.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Collaborate with Site Engineers, Draftsmen, and Project Managers to ensure survey data aligns with design and construction requirements.
• Set out control points, levels, alignments, and reference markers for construction activities.
• Monitor and check as-built conditions to confirm compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with company quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure survey accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform periodic checks and calibration of survey equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center).
  Strong knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and leveling techniques.
  Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related tools.
