Prepares contract specifications and administers contracts.
Monitors and interprets changes in laws and regulations related to surveying activities and functions; evaluates their impact upon activities, and recommends policy and procedural changes as required.
Researches records to determine chain of title, verify legal ownership and rights of way.
Manage Contract Surveying groups.
Reviews, approves, directs, seals and processes a variety of maps, plans and related records; checks for compliance with applicable codes and regulations and recommends modifications as needed.
Develops and monitors work progress on project schedules to assure proper coordination of a project.
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good drawing skills.
