Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to accurately determine the scope of landscape and irrigation work, ensuring all details are captured.
Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for landscape and irrigation projects, encompassing materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to clarify project requirements, address questions, and refine estimates.
Support the Quality Control(QC) process by ensuring materials and works comply and approved specifications and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as CLIA (Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor) or similar, demonstrating expertise.
Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience within the landscape and irrigation industry, showcasing hands-on knowledge.
Exhibits a strong understanding of landscape and irrigation design principles, construction practices, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD,MS Excel and Installation methods
