Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Landscape BIM models using Revit in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare accurate BIM drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations in line with project standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design intent is fully captured within the BIM environment.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve design conflicts.
- Support the production of construction and tender documentation for large-scale landscape and urban design projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Landscape BIM Modeler within design consultancy firms.
- Proficient in Revit and Navisworks, with strong expertise in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proven experience in large-scale projects across the UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of landscape design, detailing, and documentation standards.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
