Landscape Architect ORIENT IRRIGATION SERVICES (L.L.C)

Role Purpose:

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design, planning, and execution of landscaping and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all architectural solutions align with project requirements, regulatory standards, and aesthetic principles. The Senior Architect collaborates with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while overseeing project documentation, approvals, and construction coordination.

• Design Leadership:
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of landscape architecture projects, including parks, residential developments, commercial spaces, and public areas.
• Oversee the creation of detailed design plans, sketches, and 2D & 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure designs are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with client objectives.
• Project Management:
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications when required.
• Sustainability and Innovation:
• Integrate sustainable practices and materials into landscape designs, such as water-efficient systems, native plantings, and eco-friendly construction methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into designs.
• Team Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants.
• Client Interaction:
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making revisions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all designs comply with local laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
