Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs in line with project briefs.
Develop landscape master plans, planting layouts, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with architects, urban planners, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Select appropriate materials, plants, and finishes suitable for UAE/MENA climates.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and sustainability standards.
Support tender documentation and cost estimation processes.
Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
Review shop drawings and material submittals from contractors.
