Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project-specific BIM and CAD support to landscape and design teams
- Develop landscape BIM models and drawings using Revit and Civil 3D from LOD 100 to LOD 350 based on client requirements
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revizto
- Prepare landscape drawings including general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, and detailed sections in line with established standards
- Compile data and carry out dimensional and routine calculations required for landscape documentation
- Maintain and develop CAD and BIM libraries to improve efficiency and standardization
- Apply technical manuals, company procedures, and applicable standards to ensure compliance
- Work with ISO 19650, BS 1192, and related BIM and information management standards
- Read and interpret 2D orthographic and 3D isometric drawings, including supplier and manufacturer documentation
- Support internal users through training on CAD, Revit, and Civil 3D tools
- Assist in developing and implementing CAD and BIM standards across project teams
- Perform additional technical responsibilities as required to support project delivery

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape, Urban Planning, or Urban Design from an accredited institution
- Minimum six years of BIM and CAD design production experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- Proven experience working on landscape projects
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit with solid understanding of BIM and CAD workflows
- Experience delivering BIM and CAD training or user support
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse project teams
