Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
●Produce high quality Shop Drawings, Detail Drawings, Master Plans and Graphic Presentations both in 2D& 3D.
Key Accountabilities:
● Produce quality CAD and Civil 3D Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail and Design Development drawings for Landscaping & Irrigation projects in coordination with the Sr. Architect and Technical Architect.
● Work from rough sketches and specifications created by Sr. Architect and Technical Architect to develop drawings and design development plans.
● Review and analyze, sketches, drawings, ideas, specifications, and related data to assess factors affecting designs and the procedures.
● Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
● Maintain international drafting standards.
● Produce Graphic Presentations in 2D & 3D.
● Coordinate with the Technical Architect, Subcontractors, Project Manager, Site Manager and Engineer to produce Shop Drawings and process Submittals.
● Quantity Take-off including cut and fill.
● Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and verify the feasibility of designs when required.
● Assist other team members on work tasks when needed.
● Create codes on Visual Lisp for drafting related tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Associate degree or certification in Drafting, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Landscaping drafting or a related field.
● Previous Site Experience is a plus.
● Sound knowledge with civil infrastructure projects.
● MS Office, Auto CAD 2D, Sketchup, Revit/BIM, Photoshop, 3D Applications and Civil 3D
● Knowledge of sustainable practices and maintenance standards
● Experience working with design projects including urban parks, residential areas, and commercial spaces
