Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include chip level diagnosing hardware faults, repairing or replacing components (screens, keyboards, printer parts), installing software, and setting up network connectivity. They ensure optimal functionality of office equipment.
Core Responsibilities
Laptop Repair: Chip level Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, including screen replacement, battery replacement, keyboard repairs, and potentially motherboard or chip-level work.
Printer Service: Install, test, and troubleshoot Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs) and standard printers.
Hardware/Software Maintenance: Install/configure Windows OS, software applications, and network drivers.
Inventory & Maintenance: Order and replace toner, cartridges, and spare parts; maintain maintenance logs
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in hardware repair, with [CompTIA A+ or similar certifications preferred]. Customer Service: Good communication skills to explain technical issues to users and provide support. Education: Diploma or equivalent; vocational training is highly regarded.
