Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain laser cutting machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols for precision cutting.
  • Develop and modify laser cutting programs using CAD/CAM software, optimizing cutting paths and parameters for various materials and thicknesses.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished parts, meticulously inspecting dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes to meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laser cutting equipment and programming, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in laser operation and programming.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in laser cutting and programming within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in operating and programming laser cutting machines, including experience with various materials (e.g., metals, plastics).
