Roles & Responsibilities
- Master the art of lash extensions, applying various techniques like classic, volume, and hybrid to achieve desired looks, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assessing eye shape, natural lash health, and lifestyle to recommend personalized lash styles and lengths.
- Prepare the work area and tools, maintaining strict hygiene standards to prevent infections and ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Perform meticulous lash application, using professional-grade adhesives and tools, paying close attention to detail for a flawless finish.
Desired Candidate Profile
Hold a valid Lash Artist Certification from a recognized beauty school or training program, showcasing formal training.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the lash industry, indicating practical application of skills.
Exhibit proficiency in classic, volume, and hybrid lash techniques, highlighting technical expertise.
