Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly apply lash extensions, ensuring meticulous placement and achieving desired styles, from natural enhancements to dramatic volumes.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their eye shape, preferences, and lifestyle, offering personalized recommendations for lash designs.
  • Maintain a sterile and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene protocols to prevent infections and ensure client safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, addressing their concerns, and creating a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a cosmetology or esthetics license is highly preferred.
  • Holds a valid certification in lash extensions and related services, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
  • Demonstrates at least 1-2 years of proven experience in the lash industry, showcasing a strong understanding of techniques.
  • Prior experience in a salon or spa environment, with a track record of providing exceptional client service.
