Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes to produce precision components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
  • Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance on lathe machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that arise during production.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating lathes in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics to accurately execute machining tasks.

  • Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code is a significant advantage for this role.
