Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities including client engagement , lead follow up , and order Management
  • Coordinate between Operation sales , and logistics team for seamless Execution.
  • Monitor service quality, Operation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales Target set by the organization and contribute to revenue growth.
  • identify Potential new client and business Opportunities in assigned territories
  • Maintain regular contact with existing client to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • supervise Operational task including staff allocation and workflow management.
  • Ensure timely collection, processing and delivery of laundry items
  • Monitoring Operational cost and identify Opportunities for efficiency Improvements.
  • Maintain service quality and adherence to hygienic safety and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly Operational and sales report.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve Operational issues Promptly.
  • Support Inventory Management , Procurement and equipment Maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a laundry Operations.
  • Prior experience within the hospitality and Laundry industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and processes.
  • Bachelor or diploma is required; a diploma in Operations management or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • As person must be competent to handling inventory and staff Management.
  • As person must be able to Manage quality and compliance report.
