What we expect from candidates:

- Must be able to read and speak English clearly
- To be acquainted with Viking company and polices
- Must have a pleasant and courteous personality
- Minimum 2 years or relevant experience in some of respectful hotel 5 or 4 star (Quality Hotels or equivalently rated Restaurants)
- Must be physically fit and in good health
- Must be able to provide references and appraisals for every work position in the last 3 years

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading and supporting a multi cultural team of Galley personnel, ensuring the highest level of crew satisfaction and productivity
- Responsible for the quality and presentation of food during preparation and service hours
- The CDP must bring forward any suggestions and ideas for improvement to the galley team as a whole; this includes identifying training needs and operational issues should they arise
- Must ensure that HACCP is applied accordingly
