Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle family law matters including consultations, case preparation, and legal support.

  2. Conduct in-depth legal research on family law regulations and related legal issues.

  3. Draft legal documents including pleadings, memoranda, contracts, legal opinions, and correspondence.

  4. Prepare and write legal articles, legal updates, and informational content related to legal developments.

  5. Review, organize, and manage legal documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  6. Assist senior lawyers with case preparation, filings, and court documentation.

  7. Maintain proper documentation and case records in accordance with legal standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm.

  • Proven experience handling family law matters.

  • Strong legal drafting and legal research skills.

  • Experience in writing legal articles or legal publications.

  • Ability to handle, review, and organize legal documents efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with UAE legal procedures is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
