Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with client needs and legal standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases and provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, presenting evidence and arguments effectively to advocate for their interests.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, balancing assertiveness with diplomacy to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Provide legal advice to individuals and businesses, clarifying complex regulations and potential risks associated with decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust and understanding to better serve their legal needs.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to strategize cases and share insights for optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare for trials by organizing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and developing compelling narratives for presentations.
  • Manage case files and documentation meticulously, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and accessible.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a general contracting group


- Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Law

- Fluent in Arabic & English

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC

- Experience in Real Estate and Construction field
