As a Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the architectural vision and strategy of the organization, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals. You will oversee the design and implementation of complex systems and structures, providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of architects and engineers. Your deep expertise and innovative approach will be crucial in solving high-level design problems and ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that architectural frameworks support agile development, enhance system capabilities, and ultimately contribute to the success of the company.

• Oversee the architectural design of system projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints to align with business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to architects and engineering teams.
• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and structured to meet future demands.
• Review project proposals to determine goals, timeframe, funding, and procedures.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance system architecture and performance.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and guidelines for architectural development.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to the architecture and technology stack.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for architectural decision-making and technical guidance.
• Document important decisions to ensure a clear understanding and future convenience.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Architect or in a similar senior architect role.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Experience with cloud services and microservices architecture highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex architectural challenges.
