Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders (users, sponsors, business teams, IT).
Define the product vision and ensure its alignment with the client's overall strategy.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog in line with business and technical objectives.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases , ensuring their clarity and testability.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinements, etc.) with the development teams.
Ensure coordination between technical, business and design teams , to guarantee the delivery of functional, efficient and sustainable solutions.
Contribute to the product deployment and adoption strategy , by supporting the change with end users.
To mentor and coach junior consultants or POs , with a view to developing skills and sharing best practices.
Technical and functional skills
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma
Knowledge of one or more functional areas: banking, insurance, telecommunications, industry, public sector , etc.
Familiarity with service-oriented architectures (APIs, microservices) and cloud environments is a plus.
Professional English required (written and spoken).

Education : Bac+5 in computer science, project management, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) as a Proxy Product Owner, Product Owner or senior Business Analyst in an agile context.
Strong skills in functional analysis , prioritization , and product management .
Good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) .
Excellent communication and simplification skills with technical and professional interlocutors.
Ability to challenge needs and defend product value .
Natural leadership, collaborative spirit and results orientation.
Certification Scrum Product Owner (PSPO, CSPO) ou quivalente appr ci e.
