Roles & Responsibilities


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Conversion Associate, located in Dubai. The Lead Conversion Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide information about current and upcoming real estate projects, answering client inquiries, and managing appointments. The role involves maintaining client databases, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain new real estate projects from Dubai developers.
  • Identify and overcome common customer objections through active listening, persuasive communication, and solution-oriented responses.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on new launches, real estate project details, pricing, availability, and market trends to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, nurture relationships, and address any post-interaction concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits or closures.
  • Meet daily and weekly calling and scheduled meeting targets set by the team lead.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, project details, and investor/ client preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • A strong desire to advance into a Sales Executive role within the real estate industry
