Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design process from concept to detailed design for high-profile projects.
Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically strong design solutions aligned with client brief and regulations.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, ID, landscape) to integrate all design aspects.
Review and approve drawings, details and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews and authority submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelor s / Master s degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as a Design Architect / Lead Architect on medium to large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority requirements (Dubai municipalities/authorities).
Advanced skills in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools, etc.).
Strong leadership, coordination and design review capabilities.
