Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the entire estimation process, from initial client briefs to final proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of project plans, technical specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of historical project costs and performance metrics for accurate future estimations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement, to gather essential information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.

  • Possession of professional certifications like Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 10y ears of progressive experience in construction estimation, with a focus on Infrastructure projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise in using estimating software such as [mention specific software, e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar].
